Most of us work long hours like 40 to 50 hrs even 60 hrs in each week. The chances of your only training and high-quality work of portion of each day. There are 5 practical steps you have to add into any morning routine to maintain productivity all day long.
Good Sleep- Always try to become an early riser by going to bed early. Going to bed at 10 p.m. and waking up around 6 a.m. is much better than going to bed at 3 a.m. and waking up at 11 a.m. Even the number of hours you sleep is 8 hrs. But a early riser always can more stable to carry their Mental Clarity, Activity & Energy.
So, waking up early works better than other is the best strategy for becoming more productive.
Exercise- This is not just personal preference either. There are many reasons why getting up and moving your body first thing in the morning is a must.
Some benefits of morning exercise- Fast your Metabolism- Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumptions is a main word in the fitness industry. Basically it means that your body burns more calories after your workout.
This works perfectly with a proper morning exercise routine. Get up, get moving, pump up your metabolism and then start eating.

Develop Self-Discipline- I don’t think anyone will argue with you when you say that waking up early in the morning to exercise enhances your personal discipline.

(c) Drinking lemon juice and warm water first thing will also revitalise your system because it helps to balance the ph levels in your body and flushes out toxins.
