Technology its always in his veins, music in heart & this entire blend known as Larry Page, Founder of Google & CEO of Alphabet with a title he hold of being the eighth richest person in the world.
Early life started at University of Michigan with a passion of building new technologies & love with cars, which pulled him to join the school’s solar-car-team where his suggestion to his mates that Michigan build a monorail-like “personal rapid-transit system” between its campuses.
After graduation he went ahead for his Ph.D. from Stanford where he met Sergey Brin. Their interest on computer science made them close friends which ended up starting BackRub which is now known as Google.
Google.com, the domain he registered it in September,1997 with an intention to organise the world’s information.
As the first CEO of Google, he wrote down key management rules like:
– Don’t delegate: Do everything you can yourself to make things go faster.
– Don’t get in the way if you’re not adding value. Let the people actually doing the work talk to each other while you go do something else.
– Don’t be a bureaucrat.
– Ideas are more important than age. Just because someone is junior doesn’t mean they don’t deserve respect and cooperation.
– The worst thing you can do is stop someone from doing something by saying, “No. Period.” If you say no, you have to help them find a better way to get it done.

which made him a successful person today.
Brin & Page was looking for someone who has that burning desire of making things big as the company was expanding & finally in the year 2001 Page left the chair of CEO to Eric Schmidt.
While Eric was taking care of Google’s visions, Page was working on Google’s core products & researching on new technologies, even acquisition of Android was also part of his decision.
After 10 years, in 2011 Page decided to take back his chair as the CEO & from there, a new chapter started. In 2012 Google launched Google+, its first Chromebook laptop, Google Glass, high-speed-internet service Fiber. In 2015 he became the CEO of parent company Alphabet to do more ambitious things & keeping the long term view.
Google never looked back & achieved many milestones all these years under his leadership & now the company is working on self-driving cars through its new company Waymo & data-driven transportation improvements through Sidewalk Labs. Page is reportedly an investor in two companies: Kitty Hawk & Zee.Aero that are developing a technology which will make cars fly in coming days.
Larry Page is very much focused on changing the world through technology & he doesn’t step back setting up big goals to digitize the planet.
